The fall season begins with a green build on a beautiful homesite in the western suburbs. First day consists of marking green location, turf removal and edging to prepare for drain tile, poly and aggregate installation.
Edging the green border with drain tile and laying poly started off day 2. the rest of the day was spent moving, spreading and tamping aggregate to shape the green.
Moved and added edging to incorporate two tee boxes at 55 and 75 yards into existing landscaping.
Installed pad, green and fringe turf. Glued all seams and completed finished outer edge of turf for a clean transition from synthetic turf to natural grass. Added weight to secure all seams to prepare for infill and roll process.
Green is complete and ready for play. This green will be a challenging and great short game practice complex with tee boxes at 55 and 75 yards.
